Jodi Schwan is the founder of Align Content Studio, which provides content marketing strategy, production and distribution to clients in a wide range of industries. She also develops and oversees Align's original content brands including SiouxFalls.business and provides business news and analysis to KSFY-TV and KELO-AM. Jodi is a former editor, broadcaster and columnist who also served as chief of staff for the city of Sioux Falls from 2006 until 2010. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in journalism from Northwestern University and is a native of Cleveland, Ohio.

Sarah Rhea Werner has spent the last decade of her career at the intersection of creativity and technology, and has found her true calling in using these concepts to help and mentor others. Sarah is a professional writer, editor, and ghostwriter, a contributor to Forbes, and the founder of the Write Now podcast, which helps aspiring writers to find work/life balance while pursuing their creative passion. She is also the writer, editor, and executive producer of the hit audio drama Girl In Space. You can usually find her at a local Sioux Falls coffee shop, drinking all of the coffee.

From leading a NASA grant project in school to to his work today in embedded firmware and IT infrastructure, Adrian has a history of solving modern challenges in many industries. When he's not working, Adrian enjoys tabletop games, traveling, and computer projects of his own. He currently works at Omnitech Inc in Sioux Falls, SD as a Software Infrastructure Engineer.
